The Remnant

The devil is a master of illusion, a cunning deceiver who mingles truth with falsehood to ensnare the unsuspecting. He speaks truth to draw in the unwary, only to weave in deception where it is least expected. At times he even comes as the angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14). Without the divine gift of discernment, without a sincere pursuit of God and an unwavering love for truth, one is vulnerable—believing lies and living in their shadow.

The serpent is smart and powerful. If he had the power to convince a third of the Holy angels to side with him, who are we to stand against him unless the Lord be on our side?

I've been a partaker of the lies by the devil, we all have, and so I speak to myself too.

There is a verse that often whispers through the noise: “All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirits.” Not everything you deem as right is correct.
It takes spiritual wisdom to distinguish between what is genuinely of God and what merely appears to be. This insight is not attained through relentless study of Scripture, frequent attendance at church services, or theological education. It is a divine endowment, given by God alone.

God, in His wisdom, has made this known to us through instruction by preachers. A preacher sent by Him will impart truth, guiding you along the right path. Their fruits will reveal their divine calling, and God’s true flock will recognize His voice.

Romans 10:14-17 teaches:
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The enemy is not confined to the world outside but infiltrates even the church pulpits, deceiving multitudes who cry out, "Amen."  Scripture warns:
"The god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them." — 2 Corinthians 4:4

Look at the many churches with false prophets, fake miracles, unbiblical teachings with false doctrines, prosperity gospels etc

The words in Scripture are Spirit, and whoever doesn't have the same Spirit cannot understand it.
2 Corinthians 4:13 states:
"We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak"

This is why Satan’s followers far outnumber God’s faithful. Even among preachers, there are more serving deception than truth. As foretold:
"And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many." — Matthew 24:11

Yet, regarding God’s true messengers, it is written: "For many are called, but few are chosen." — Matthew 22:14

Those who seek to walk in true holiness are scarce. Scripture affirms this:
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and only a few find it." — Matthew 7:13-14

Consider Noah’s time—when a vast population perished, and only eight souls were spared. Jesus Himself declared:
"As it was in the days of Noah, so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be."

It remains a fact, that very few shall be saved compared to those that will perish in the lake of fire.

Today, holiness is ridiculed, yet mockery will not prevent the day of the Lord from coming. Many fill church pews but live contrary to the Word, substituting divine truth with personal ideologies, traditions, theology and human philosophy. Yet, who can claim wisdom greater than God’s?

It is written, "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears" 2 Timothy 4:3-4

We have been warned. "See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental principles of the world, and not according to Christ." — Colossians 2:8

Jesus Himself said: "Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father." — Matthew 7:21

Consider this: Would a wise and all-knowing God permit countless religions, granting you the freedom to choose whichever suits you, despite their conflicting teachings (doctrines)? Unthinkable. We must all speak the same thing and be of the same mind. That is God's order.
"Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment." 1 Cor. 1:10

God is not the author of confusion.
"How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying." 1 Cor. 14:26

The true path—the only way of God that is written in Scripture—is holiness.

Holiness is the Father's will, the divine path, the road set apart by God for His people, the remnant. The Lord declares:
"And a highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The Way of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein." — Isaiah 35:8

Countless religions, founded by men, claim holiness, yet they fall short. Like the deceiver himself, they mix truth with unbiblical teachings. If your church teaches or practices even one thing that is against the commandments of God, or different from the doctrines written in Scripture, it's a false church and it is not holy. No particular person is perfect but God's laws, statutes, doctrines and church, is perfect (Holy).

Holiness is absolute—it cannot be diluted, modified, or compromised. True holiness means living, teaching, and practicing the unaltered Word of God as revealed through Jesus, the prophets, and the apostles.

The only faith affirmed by Scripture is the path of holiness. This is the only "religion" that has God as the founder, and has no founding date because it existed way before the world was made:
"He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him in love." — Ephesians 1:4

"But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: ‘Be holy, because I am holy.’" — 1 Peter 1:15-16

"But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost" — Jude 1:20

Any other faith or religion that is not holy is not of God. It is written, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." If you believe in 99% of the Word, you are still not holy. It must be, every word (100%).

Scriptures say, "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." Galatians 1:8-9

The church established by Christ on the day of Pentecost—the church against which the gates of hell shall not prevail—was, is, and will remain holy. Jesus established a church (one), and not churches. That is the church God is returning for; the remnant church.

"And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken." Isaiah 62:12

"That He might present it to Himself a glorious church, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that it should be holy and without blemish." — Ephesians 5:27

God is coming for the remnant. A peculiar people living and worshiping Him by His Word (truth and spirit).

"But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him." John 4:23

Are you part of this remnant? Are you truly in the church of the Lord Jesus Christ? Is the prophecy of Acts 2:47 being fulfilled in your church?
"Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved."

Examine yourselves and seek the truth before its too late!

2 Corinthians 4:1-3 states:
1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
