VIVA!!!

Viva to the Lord Almighty not viva for Miguna Miguna lest I be called a zombie…
Are you ready for Christ’s return?
Why do things happen that take us by surprise?
Is God’s timing always the best?
If you were to die today, what would be your fate when Christ returns?
These are the many questions that I have been asking myself lately. I am not perfect in the sight of the Lord, I sin every day even in my state. I get angry, I lie, I have bad thoughts and many other things.

Luke 12: 35-38
“Be dressed in readiness and keep your lamps lit. Be like men who are waiting for their master when he returns from the wedding feast, so that they may immediately open the door to him when he comes and knocks. Blessed are those slaves whom the master will find alert when he comes, truly I say to you that he will gird himself to serve and have them dine at the table and will come up and wait on them. Whether he comes in the second watch or even in the third and finds them so, blessed are those slaves.”

Imagine a world without sickness, pain or sadness. Who would be in need of God in such an environment? Who could recognise the power of the Everlasting Father? Who could understand God’s Grace and Mercy? NOBODY!!!!

Life as it is, is a series of problem-solving opportunities. The problem you face will either make you or break you depending on how you respond to them. God does everything for good but unfortunately, we always fail to see how God uses problems for good in our lives.
 1. God uses problems to DIRECT us - Sometimes a fire must be lit under you to get us moving. Is God trying to get your attention? Surely He got mine. Sometimes it takes a painful situation for us to change our ways.
2. James 1:2 -3 “ When you have many kinds of troubles, you should be full of joy because you know that these troubles test your FAITH and this will give you passion”
3. God uses problems to CORRECT you. Some lessons we only learn through pain and failure. Most of the time we only learn the value of something (money, health or relationship ) when we lose it.
4. God uses problems to PROTECT you - A problem can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents you from being harmed by something more serious. I always say that maybe God saw that I was taking life so fast in the wrong direction and wanted to slow me down and Im literally slowed down. My wheelchair can barely move 10kph.
 5. God uses problems to PERFECT you - Iron sharpens iron. Problems when responded to correctly are character builders. God is far more interested in your character than your comfort.

 Romans 5: 3 - 4
“ And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also; knowing that tribulations work patience. And patience, experience and experience hope.”

Here is the point: God is at work in our lives even when we don’t recognize or understand it. I’m still trying to figure out His ways. Most of the time I don't get it but I trust His ways are the Best.
So VIVA to the Almighty.
VIVA!! VIVA !!
