ONE
Human worth is not determined by the color of one’s skin. Some are Black, some white, some yellow—but beneath these outward differences, we are all part of one human family. Whether rich or poor, wise or foolish, we are all children of God, equal in His sight.
God is not the author of confusion, but the enemy of souls thrives on division. When a person travels to a land where their skin color is in the minority, they may encounter prejudice, for the adversary has poisoned hearts with the lie of racial superiority. Some people elevate themselves above others based on nothing but external differences, failing to see that such pride is born not of God but of deception.
Yet the enemy does not stop at race. Even in places where people share the same skin tone, he sows discord through tribalism. Tribes turn against one another, each labeled with harmful stereotypes—some called arrogant, others selfish, some deemed lazy, others accused of being criminals or overly traditional. These divisions blind people to the truth: we are all made of the same dust, and under our skin, we all bleed the same.
God, in His perfect wisdom, foresaw the folly of mankind. He does not show favoritism—whether Jew or Gentile, all are the same before Him. No tribe, race, or nation holds greater value in His eyes. And when we depart from this world, we all return to the same dust. The worms and creeping things that consume the dead do not discriminate by race or tribe. Death humbles all.
It is no accident that there exists no true portrait of Jesus. God, in His infinite wisdom, ensured that no one could claim Him as exclusively their own. No single people can declare superiority based on His likeness, for His image is reflected in all humanity.
The Lord, in His perfection, has given commandments that apply to all, without partiality or bias. He has made it clear that we are created in His image, meant to worship Him as one people, united in one faith.
As Ephesians 4:4-6 declares:
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Do not be fooled by colour, race, tribe, wealth, religion or political affiliation.
In God’s kingdom, there are no divisions—only His children, called to love one another as He has loved us.
