2024-2025
As the year draws to a close, many will feel inspired to set resolutions for the year ahead. Before you commit to any, take a moment to reflect deeply.
Aim not to simply achieve worldly success but to become a person of true value.
What defines true worth? What is the cornerstone of life? The answer lies in God. The Bible teaches, "Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be given to you." With God, we find purpose in every breath, every meal, and every action. Without Him, we are adrift, empty, and aimless. God must always come first!
2 Peter 3:11-12 reminds us:
"Since everything will eventually be dissolved, consider what kind of lives you should live—in holy conduct and godliness, as you look forward to and even hasten the coming of the day of God."
Life’s challenges shape us differently—some are consumed by their struggles, while others are refined and strengthened by them. I've been strengthened this year and I pray for more strength next year.
Colossians 2:6-7 encourages us:
"Just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in faith, as you were taught, and overflowing with gratitude."
Let go of the past, cherish the present, and anticipate the future with hope and joy. All these, having God at the center stage.
Isaiah 41:10 offers reassurance:
"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, help you, and uphold you with my righteous right hand."
As the new year approaches, let this be your guiding principle: Seek first the Kingdom of God. Let this be your sole resolution for 2025, trusting that everything else will fall into place according to His will.

What a piece to end the year
