Unqualified Driver
In the heart of a bustling city, he found himself behind the wheels of life, yet lacking the qualifications for the journey ahead. Armed with determination and a map of dreams, he set forth on a road marked with uncertainty.
Each turn presented a challenge, a new intersection where decisions loomed large. There were moments of hesitation, where the road signs seemed cryptic, and the path ahead appeared foggy. But with an unwavering spirit, he revved the engine of determination, pressing onward despite the lack of formal training.
Life’s highway wasn’t always smooth; there were potholes of self-doubt and detours of criticism from others. Yet, with each setback, he learned to steer through the obstacles, gaining an intuition that textbooks couldn’t teach.
Sometimes, the journey led to unexpected destinations—serendipitous encounters, beautiful detours, and breathtaking scenic routes that only an unqualified driver like him could stumble upon.
Through perseverance and resilience, he discovered that while qualifications could open doors, the courage to navigate the unknown was the true key to unlocking life’s boundless possibilities.
This story could continue to explore my adventures, the lessons learned along the way, and the unique perspectives gained from steering through life as an unqualified driver.
How did I end up on this drivers seat yet I don’t understand how to steer this vehicle called life? It’s heartbreaking that I don’t know when to slow down, come to a stop or speed up. I don’t know where or when to change direction and yet this is my own life that I have at stake.
A soft and gentle voice reminds me; “Be still and know that I am God, I put you there. I will guide you and deliver you. Be still…”
Proverbs 3:5-6
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
Isaiah 30:21
21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”

Be still and know that I am God.. quite profound... As much as majority of us seem or pretend to know how to navigate life it's all "conmanship"... We know nothing. Only God is the true north
ReplyDeleteWell said!!
DeleteOnly Jesus should take the drivers, we are nothing without Him. We are called to trust Him and believe in Him in all circumstances and He will lead us to the path of life everlasting
ReplyDeleteWith Jesus in the vessel we smile under storm. Let's all be encouraged.
