The Earth Is The Lord’s

 

The Scriptures say; “The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.”

God is saying; animals know whom their Master is but human beings have become so defiant to the extent they don’t recognize no more their Owner.

Hollywood stars, presidents, politicians, rich folk, fellow human beings can say things, pass rules and man will easily follow and abide by them but will not follow the word of God written in the Scriptures.

Every excuse will come up:

I don’t believe that 

That’s too tough to live by 

Some man put that in the Bible 

That wasn’t meant for me

What’s so wrong with what I’m doing?

Life is too short not to enjoy

I’m too young to do that

I’m too old to live by that

Whom am I harming?

My body my choice 

The preacher is doing so as well 

I’m only doing this one time only 

I will repent and be forgiven 

God’s love is too much to send us to hell

Etc

Human beings will follow any program on the media, follow politics, music and all sorts of entertainment but not consider the Word of God. 

Isaiah 1:4

Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.

Isaiah 5:20-23

20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

22 Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:

23 Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

People are so much into chasing after money and other worldly things and have forgotten the Creator of heaven and earth, God.

The ears you have, the nose, mouth, feet, hands, the brain that you have, everything; consider the owner!! 

Psalm 24:1

A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Be content with what you have. Always have it in mind that everything belongs to God and should be used for His Glory.

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” 🙏🏽
