It’s Okay
It’s okay to step down and back out of a fight. It’s not a must to win all the time. It’s alright to give up. Don’t die fighting when you can take a break and return stronger.
It’s okay to let loose and cry at times. Doesn’t make you less of a man and might just lessen the burden that’s weighing on you.
It’s okay to let go of a few friends at times. Not everyone is meant to walk the journey with you.
It’s okay not to be understood, it’s okay to be lonely or undesired even by the people you love. We journey on different paths, we are wired differently and we also do have different opinions and thoughts as human beings.
It’s okay to feel weary and in pain. Actually that’s what makes us human. It’s okay to hurt.
While in this world, you will suffer physically and emotionally. The cause may be from the closest to you or from strangers and things that don’t bare any feelings; nevertheless, these are things we will come by and that’s the saddest truth.
So don’t put your trust or hope in man.
Don’t have high expectations in any man or woman.
Don’t love excessively to the point you forget yourself.
Focus on God.
Trust the process.
Take a day at a time.
Let God fight your battles.
Hope for a better tomorrow.
It’s okay not to be okay!!
Someone once said, “God is the reason why even in pain, I smile; in confusion; I understand, in betrayal; I trust, and in fear, I continue to fight.”
Exodus 14:14
“The LORD will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”
2 Chronicles 20:17
“You will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the LORD on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem.’ Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them, and the LORD will be with you.”
God will fight for us,
